Maincon were engaged by Catholic Cemeteries Board to construct John Paul II Garden Crypts development comprising a group of buildings with 256 crypts.
The building was constructed in an area of highly reactive clay hence was supported on a suspended structure.
The main building elements were precast concrete crypt units clad in a granite and marble panels.
Completed in a 28 week period
